MZAAR Cross Duathlon is a mountain endurance race taking place on Saturday, August 1st, 2026 at the Panda / Jonction Slope in Mzaar Kfardebian, under the patronage of the Lebanese Army and the supervision of the Lebanese Triathlon Federation. The event combines trail running and mountain biking across Mzaar’s natural terrain, offering participants a challenging outdoor experience with climbs, descents, gravel paths, technical MTB sections, and obstacles. Participants can compete individually or as part of a relay, with categories for different age groups, including U11, U16, 16+ age categories, relay, and couples category. The race format varies by age group, with distances designed for both younger participants and more experienced athletes. The main 16+ race includes a 4km trail run, 11km mountain bike loop, and 2km final trail run.
