Terms & Conditions By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Event Admission A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented upon entry, either printed or digital. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates event rules or poses a safety risk. 2. Weather Conditions This is an outdoor winter event and will take place rain, cold, or shine, unless deemed unsafe by the organizer. Attendees acknowledge that weather conditions may vary and agree to dress appropriately. 3. Postponement or Schedule Changes The event may be postponed or delayed due to: Severe or unsafe weather conditions Technical or operational issues caused by weather (including but not limited to power failure, sound, lighting, or stage issues) In such cases, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date. 4. Refund Policy (IMPORTANT) All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: Change of personal plans Weather conditions Dissatisfaction with the event Failure to attend If the event is postponed due to bad weather or weather-related technical issues, tickets are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Tickets will only be valid for the new announced date. 5. Event Cancellation Only in the unlikely event that the organizer fully cancels the event without rescheduling may a refund be considered, at the sole discretion of the organizer. Any applicable refunds will be limited to the ticket face value only (excluding service or processing fees). 6. No Resale or Transfer Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket invalidation without refund. 7. Safety & Conduct Attendees must follow all safety instructions and venue rules. The organizer is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings. 8. Liability Disclaimer Attendance is at your own risk. The organizer, partners, and venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from weather conditions, technical issues, or force majeure events. 9. Media & Photography By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. 10. Force Majeure The organizer is not responsible for delays, changes, or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather, government restrictions, or technical failures caused by environmental conditions.
