Focusing on creative growth, career strategy, and long-term sustainability, the day explores the tools, decisions, and industry pathways that help artists evolve — from shaping identity and sound to building teams, audiences, and sustainable careers — bringing together the people who support and guide artistic growth. PLAY (Day 3) is dedicated to translating music from the studio to the stage. Focusing on live sound engineering, performance setup, and adapting recorded music to a live environment, the day explores the technical and creative processes that shape how music is experienced in real time — bringing together the professionals who transform studio work into powerful live performance.
